We at Turbo Force have a team of technicians trained in the cleaning and sealing of natural stone, so we can clean the tile and grout to expose its true beauty in preparation for sealing and minimize maintenance. We use cleaners formulated especially for, and safe for, natural stone.
All porcelain tiles are not the same and need to be cleaned using different methods. We will:
- Remove the protective wax coating which is applied by the factory as a protection during transport and installation.
- Removal of grout haze which is left behind following installation.
- Cleaning and buffing in readiness for sealing.(Refer to sealing section)
Some terracotta (Mexican) is very porous and often difficult to clean. We will:
- Strip and clean in preparation for re-sealing with a penetrating sealer for a natural look or a topical coat for that shiny wet look (Refer to sealing section)
Shower Cleaning
- The shower and bathroom is the least favorite room to clean in Australia.
- We will professionally remove hard water staining, soap scum and body oils that discolour the tiles and grout in the bathroom and shower including the screen.
- It will amaze you how great they look after cleaning.
- We can then apply a protective coating to the grout and now with nano technology can also seal the screen.

Efflorescence Removal
- Efflorescence is soluble salts that manifest themselves as a white crystalline deposit on the surface of the tiles and grout.
- This should be removed as soon as it appears so no damage is done to chemically sensitive tiles and grout.
